We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, site conditions, material availability, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any cancellation or rescheduling fees, where applicable, will be communicated to the customer before they apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:
  • Provide accurate information regarding the property, project, and requested services.
  • Provide reasonable access to the property or surfaces requiring service.
  • Inform us of known damage, defects, hazardous conditions, or other circumstances that may affect the work.
  • Obtain any required permissions or approvals necessary for the Company to perform the requested services.
  • Follow any care and maintenance instructions provided after completion of the work.

5. Surface Condition and Preparation

The quality and longevity of coating services may depend on the existing condition of the surface.
Existing damage, deterioration, contamination, stains, cracks, corrosion, previous coatings, repairs, or other underlying conditions may affect the final appearance or performance of the coating.
The Company will determine reasonable preparation requirements based on the condition of the surface and the agreed scope of work.
Unless specifically included in the agreed scope, the Company does not guarantee that underlying defects or pre-existing conditions will be completely concealed or eliminated.

6. Payment

Customers agree to pay all amounts specified in an accepted quote, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Payment terms will be communicated before or during the engagement. Additional charges may apply for approved changes to the scope of work or additional services requested by the customer.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

7. Warranties

Any warranty applicable to a particular product or service will be provided in the applicable proposal, invoice, warranty document, or service agreement.
Unless expressly stated in writing, the Company does not provide warranties beyond those specifically applicable to the purchased service or product.
Warranty coverage may be subject to proper maintenance, environmental conditions, reasonable use, and compliance with the Company’s care instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CINCINNATI CERAMIC COATING INC. DBA Rhino Shield will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the services or use of this website.

The Rhinoshield team did a fantastic job on our cedar siding house. The team was done in three days and the color turned out amazing. Everyone on the team was very professional and we are highly satisfied with the clean, professional paint job. The only thing that could be improved was the process of picking out a color which we had some confusion about, since we thought we were having to pay a custom color fee which ended up not being the case.
